This policy explains how SeedRouter handles information when you create an account, sign in, fund an account, create API keys, or send API requests through the service.

Information we collect

• Account information such as username, display name, email address, and authentication identifiers.
• Security information such as hashed passwords, Passkey credentials, two-factor settings, session metadata, and OAuth provider subject identifiers.
• Billing and transaction records needed to process top-ups, calculate usage, prevent fraud, and provide account history. Payment providers process payment credentials under their own policies.
• API usage metadata such as model, token counts, cost, timestamps, status, request identifier, IP address, and error information needed to operate and secure the gateway.
• Support communications you send to us.

Google sign-in

If you choose Google sign-in, SeedRouter requests only the basic OpenID Connect scopes openid, email, and profile. We use the Google account subject identifier to recognize your login and use your verified email and profile name to create or display your SeedRouter account. We do not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, calendars, or other Google product data.

How we use information

• Provide authentication, account management, API routing, usage accounting, billing, support, and service notices.
• Protect users and the service from abuse, account takeover, fraud, and operational failures.
• Debug incidents, enforce service limits, and improve reliability.
• Meet legal obligations and resolve disputes.

Sharing and service providers

We share information only as needed with infrastructure, payment, authentication, email, security, and upstream model providers that help deliver the service, or when required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

We retain account, billing, security, and usage records for as long as reasonably needed to operate the service, meet legal obligations, prevent abuse, and resolve disputes. We use access controls, encryption in transit, password hashing, and operational monitoring, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may update account information and authentication methods from the account settings page. You may request account or privacy assistance by emailing [email protected]. Some billing, anti-abuse, or legal records may need to be retained after account closure.

Changes

We may update this policy as the service changes. The current version and effective date will be posted on this page.
