User Agreement

By creating an account, signing in, purchasing credit, or using SeedRouter APIs, you agree to this agreement.

Accounts and security

You must provide accurate account information, protect passwords, Passkeys, API keys, and connected sign-in methods, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed with your credentials unless prohibited by applicable law.

Permitted use

You may use SeedRouter to access the models and API capabilities made available to your account. You must follow applicable law, provider policies, published limits, and technical documentation.

Prohibited use

• Abuse, fraud, unauthorized access, credential sharing for circumvention, or attempts to bypass billing, limits, or security controls.
• Use that infringes rights, distributes malware, facilitates unlawful activity, or materially disrupts the service or upstream providers.
• Resale or automated account creation that is not expressly authorized by SeedRouter.

Billing and credits

Charges are based on the pricing, token accounting, and billing rules shown by SeedRouter at the time of use. Account credit is not a bank deposit and may be subject to expiration, refund, fraud review, or payment-provider restrictions described in the applicable refund and payment policies.

Availability and changes

Models, routes, prices, limits, and features may change as upstream availability and costs change. We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every upstream response will be error-free.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, fraud, security risk, non-payment, legal requirements, or material violations of this agreement.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. You are responsible for evaluating model output before relying on it. To the extent permitted by law, SeedRouter is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from service use or interruption.
